Book Fees

Book fees will be posted at the beginning of each school year and will include a year book and the kindergarten graduation fee.

Tuition Fees - School Only

Kindergarten
All classes begin promptly at 8:30 am and end at 3:00 pm. School only children should not arrive before 8:10 am and should be picked up before 3:15 pm.

The first monthly payment is due by the first day of August and the remaining payments are due on the Thursday prior to the first Monday of each month. If your account is not paid at that time, your child's enrollment will be subject to termination. A late payment fee of  $ 15.00 will be added to any account not paid by the due date. If a child's account is not up to date, report cards will not be issued and teacher conferences will not be  scheduled. There will be no refunds or reductions for absence or school closing due to weather conditions or act of God.
The Kindergarten yearly fee reflects a discount. This amount applies when tuition is paid in full by August 15. The per month fee is pro-rated and based on a 9 month program.

Child Care                                                                                                         

Children are dropped off at 6:30 am and picked up at the latest at 6:00 pm from  Monday to Friday )
Child care fees include the educational program, breakfast, hot lunch, morning and afternoon snack. 

Additional child tuition only applies to children enrolled in the same program.

Payments are expected in advance and are considered late if not paid on the Thursday prior to the week of attendance. Payments not made by 6:00 pm on Thursday are considered late and the account will be assessed a $ 15.00 late fee. If the account is not paid by Monday, your child will not be allowed to attend the school until the account is paid in full.
School records and/or report cards will not be released and conferences will not be scheduled if an account is not up to date.
Any full-time child care student having attended for a minimum of one continuous year will be entitled to two vacation credit weeks anytime during a school vacation, provided there is vacation credit form presented to the office one week prior to the vacation.

Returned Checks   

There will be a $20.00 charge on each check that is returned. After one returned check, you may be required to always pay in cash.

Transfer

Children transferring from school only to child care or vice versa must do so at the end of the month, with two weeks prior notice. The transfer fee is $ 20.00.

Termination

School Only - A two week notice must be given to terminate a child's enrollment. You will be charged the entire month even if the child does not attend. There will be no tuition reduction for termination after April 1st.

Child Care - A two week notice must be given to terminate a child's enrollment. You will charged for this amount even if the child does not attend.

Late Pick Up

Pre-School - Morning children should be picked up by 11:30 am. The fee for being late is $5.00 for every 15 minutes or portion thereof, beginning at 11:45 am.

Kindergarten - Children should be picked up by 3:00 pm. The fee for being late is $5.00 for every 15 minutes or portion thereof, beginning at 3:15 pm.

Child Care - Children should be picked up not later than 6:00 pm. The late pick up fee  is $7.00 for every 15 minutes or portion thereof, beginning at 6:00 pm.  There will be no exceptions. Please make allowance for car trouble or weather. If this should occur on a regular basis, your child's enrollment will be subject to termination.

Date of Closing

There are times during the year when child care is closed: 
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving and the Friday after
Christmas Day
There will be no reduction in tuition for these days.
